I just received this for Christmas. I LOVE it!! The games are fun. I love the hoola hoop. I actually wear my heart-rate monitor while playing. I have had my heart rate up to zone 2!Perfect for burning fat!! I am an avid exerciser so I was quite impressed with the games I have played so far. Now not all of them will make you sweat but you will have an excellent time playing!
